The FL390P is for the aviator who travels with a bit more than required gear, carries a large headset (Bose A-20, Clarity Aloft, David Clark) and some extra items. This compact flight bag blends quality and purpose driven design for the modern professional. Features include real leather touch points, Rare Earth Magnetic closures that don’t clog with dirt or catch like Velcro, Molle attachment system (used worldwide by US, British and NATO forces), and Faraday fabric RF protection. A rigid YKK, #10 dual zipper leather clad handle, opens the 7 inch (178mm) main storage for easy access. Contrails Patented corner protection keeps your electronics off the ground and dry. Handles are double sewn and bar tacked. Custom, triple PU coated, 1680D ballistic nylon keeps your contents dry and safe from the elements.

Lifescan's brand (one touch) provides several different glucose monitoring systems that help you understand how insulin, meal intake and lifestyle affects your blood glucose.
The plastic clips (injection molded from tpr) hold the glucose meter, lancer device, and strip vial. Each clip is 3D modeled in Solidworks; designed to friction fit each individual monitor.
the zipper carrying case is EVA thermoformed with lycra laminate (also 3D modeled in SOlidworks).

"new ipad" (2013) & iphone 5 shells
Coach requested Marblue (formerly Marware) to update their tech accessory product line to accommodate the new iPhone 5. As project manager for these projects I created the polycarbonate shell in Solidworks to be manufactured using a leather wrapping process (using Coach’s leather/ colors on trend and signature logo pattern).
The polycarbonate snap on shell for the "new ipad" (2013) was also modeled in Solidworks. The shells were then wrapped/ laminated with Coach's signature premium leather and sold worldwide.
